TODO — the number, before any context. e.g. “68% advisor adoption in 90 days, no mandate”

The commercial problem
TODO — 2–3 sentences on what was costing money or time, and how much. What did an advisor do before this existed, how long did it take, and what did that cost across the fleet?
The constraint
TODO — why it was hard. Legacy POS, data residency, no headcount budget, a mandate you deliberately did not ask for. This is where PMs prove themselves, so be specific.
What I decided
- 01TODO — decision verb. Scoped / cut / prioritised / negotiated / killed.
- 02TODO — the thing you cut, and what it bought you.
- 03TODO — the unpopular call, and why you were right.
Result
TODO — e.g. advisor adoption 68%

- How measured
- TODO — how it was measured, and by whom
Durability
TODO — is it still in use 12+ months on? What is the run-rate now? This is the rarest thing you can prove and the whole “long-term value” half of the claim rests on it.
What I’d do differently
TODO — one honest paragraph. What you would do differently. This is consistently the most persuasive section to a hiring manager, so do not soften it into a non-answer.
